By using the website or by purchasing the services offered on the website blockchainday.org/, as well as answering the necessary questions in the application form when registering and/or making the purchase, the user confirms that he agrees to the conference organizers and authorized persons, to the processing of personal data, and that he is an adult.

The user confirms that he gives consent and authorizes the Operator and authorized persons to perform automated and manual processing, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (updating, correction), use, distribution, de-identification, blocking, destruction of personal data specified in questionnaire, for the purposes of activities aimed at forming a database of participants, compiling statistical reports, conducting market research, and implementing interaction with user, including telecommunication networks, including sending SMS-messages and e-mails to the revocation of such consent.

The User confirms his agreement that the Operator and the persons authorized by him have the right to interact with the User by making direct contacts through various means of communication, including but not limited to: mailing, e-mail, Internet, etc.

The User agrees that the personal data he provides will be deleted at his written request within sixty (60) days from the date of receiving a receipt of the demand for their destruction.

The User gives to the Operator the consent to the processing of his personal data for a period of 10 years from the date of the transfer of his data to the Operator. If, after the expiration of the above period, consent to the processing of personal data is not withdrawn, the consent is prolonged for another 10 years. The number of prolongations is not limited.
